30-Day Free Returns. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All personalized items are excluded from exchanges or returns unless item is faulty. You will be notified by email once we have received your returned item. We do not refund shipping costs upon receiving your return.
